Venue & staff were helpful & friendly parking was easy radio transfer was quick & easy my only issue was taxi wasn't booked on the hotel account so I had to pay the driver (this was included in booking) but I notified the hotel & hopefully this will be resolved soon

The hotel was lovely and travel to the airport was excellent. Upon return I rang for taxi (pre-arranged through hotel and holiday extras) had to ring a second time after half an hour as no taxi came.

The staff were very helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The taxi came on time. shame its a way from the airport, but i would certainly use them again when traveling from Birmingham airport
