Staff friendly. Arrived tired and very late after late flight. Woken at 5:15 a.m by some unloading a van full of palettes right beneath our 1st floor window. Went on for ages. Very disappointed.

Just as described. Easy to check into hotel,very good room plenty of space to move around. Warm and comfortable.Went to bar/coffee /snack area to have a drink and had to queue to get our drinks but we did get served by a very friendly member of staff.Would advise you book a table or go early if you want to eat there,by the time we came to eat all the tables were taken.Would stay there again as it was very convenient.

Ibis Hotel Birmingham Airport. Annoying when you find rubbish from previous guest in room. Bed constantly creaked, every time you moved. Why have blackout lining on curtains, when curtain rail is not flush to window. This allowed light from car park into room all night. Zero sleep. Waste of £99.00
