Shockingly bad. Car park attendant had to let us in as the camera didn’t recognise the reg number because they hadn’t received our booking from yourselves. Walked across the road to the hotel to be told we didn’t have a booking with them because they hadn’t received the booking from yourselves either, 30 minutes to check in. Upon checking out was asked for payment again which I declined.

Airpark express staff were excellent helping us when our booking didn't register on their ANPR system. Also on our return the young lad in the office was very polite and cheery. Same goes for Holiday Inn check in staff

Was booked for holiday in but it was closed and we were directed to the crowne plazza Hotel next door. It was an excellent stay

The hotel was conveniently close to Aberdeen airport... 5 min walk with trolley under cover. Parking fine. Hotel staff friendly and efficient.

Hotel & Parking at the Holiday Express was perfect. We also had a lovely breakfast included in the price which was very reasonable. Would definitely use again if we had an early flight.

Everything was good,from parking,check in to breakfast next day before flight,and on return 5 minute walk to pick up car.

The staff were extremely helpful,particularly the two young men on reception. Can’t remember their names,but one was from England. They went out of their way to accomodate us.A+ stay.
