Treated ourselves to a private luxury transfer, but the car we were met with was old, with dents and a cracked windscreen. (The car was much better for the return transfer.) But the organisation was excellent - clear meeting instructions, messages, and everything worked very smoothly. The drivers were great too. So would definitely book again, but probably not bother with the premium service...

Fine on pickup at the airport but 15 minutes late on return the hotel rang the number after 10 minutes but went to answer machine as I'm sure most people are aware Agadir airport can be very slow and busy so good timekeeping is essential !

By choosing this it makes so easy to get to your accommodation directly unlike coach transfers which stop and drop off people at several hotels and making the journey much longer. The driver sends you a message to your phone (don't forget to turn off Airplane Mode and choose the airport's Wi-Fi )and says where he is waiting for you outside the airport.

The driver was waiting for us on arrival. He put the luggage in the boot. And offered us a bottle of wster each. The car was very clean.
The return transfer was early to pick us up, which pleased us. He was very informative, with the help of Google translate he pointed out lots of interesting things on the way to the airport. Which we really appreciated.

The address we needed to go to waa confused with apartments so there was a bit of a delay in arriving and even though I sent a WhatsApp to the local company to say that we were staying on board our boat in the Marina, they still tried to pick us up from the marina apartments and repeatedly asked for the apartment number

Both the outward and return journeys were excellent. Roomy vehicles and great drivers. We were greeted by the agent on arrival and they arranged for the driver to come and collect us closer to the arrivals area as I have mobility issues.
The journey took about an hour from the airport in Agadir to our hotel in Taghazout. It was a very comfortable ride and the driver provided us with bottled water as it was very warm on arrival.
On our return, we were collected in good time by our driver and had a smooth run to the airport. We had booked direct with our hotel and had arranged our own transport and flights.
We did pay extra for the larger vehicles, but found it good value.
Communications about transfer times and details are also helpful. If we need to, we will use them again in the future.

The service was great. Only thing is I changed hotels asked to get picked up from new hotel and was told pick up would be from original hotel which was fine hot taxi of the morning to new hotel got picked up then went to hotel I was staying in to pick up someone else so can’t understand why I couldn’t of been picked up from that hotel

Even though we arrived at Agadir airport 2 hours late due to an idiot vaping in the plane toilet at Gatwick , the agent was there waiting for us & delivered us to our hotel very well.
The return journey did have some confusion as the car sent to collect us never arrived but an agent who was there to collect someone who was not at the hotel eventually took us to the airport with plenty of time to spare.

We followed the instructions for our meet and greet, phone call, drop off point and our driver was there and waiting. I realised after getting through security I had left my phone in my car. Using my wife's phone I contacted the office who arranged for my phone to be placed in my glove compartment. On return phone call once we had our luggage, car at pickup point my phone in glove compartment. Perfect. Thank you
