Even though we arrived at Agadir airport 2 hours late due to an idiot vaping in the plane toilet at Gatwick , the agent was there waiting for us & delivered us to our hotel very well.
The return journey did have some confusion as the car sent to collect us never arrived but an agent who was there to collect someone who was not at the hotel eventually took us to the airport with plenty of time to spare.

We followed the instructions for our meet and greet, phone call, drop off point and our driver was there and waiting. I realised after getting through security I had left my phone in my car. Using my wife's phone I contacted the office who arranged for my phone to be placed in my glove compartment. On return phone call once we had our luggage, car at pickup point my phone in glove compartment. Perfect. Thank you

Taxi driver was waiting for us when we exited terminal.
On return journey, the driver left us in the car with air-con while he went to get "the assistance wheelchair man" from the terminal.
We could not fault the service or drivers
