Travel Weekly Golden Globe Awards 2009 - Best Travel Insurance Provider.
Holiday Extras, which provides holiday add-ons such as airport parking, airport hotels, travel insurance and London theatre breaks, scooped Best Insurance Provider at the Globe Travel Awards 2009. The ceremony was hosted by leading travel industry magazine Travel Weekly at The Grosvenor House Hotel in London on the evening of January 27.

The awards were hosted by comedian Frankie Boyle on November 6, 2008 at the Battersea Evolution arena in London.

Best Customer Service in the Entertainment, Leisure and Travel Sector
The Holiday Extras call centre was named the UK's best performing call centre in the entertainment, leisure and travel sector at the Top 50 Call Centres awards ceremony in London on October 9, 2008.
The awards ceremony followed the largest ever call centre benchmarking exercise that included 20,000 mystery shopper calls to 50 of the UK's leading call centres.
Holiday Extras scored an impressive score of 85% in its category, exceeding the industry average of 82%.

A troop of well groomed Holiday Extras representatives attended the Travel Weekly Awards at London's Grosvenor House Hotel yesterday evening. Mark Lamar hosted the event and with his own inimitable wit and humour handed out the awards. The awards were followed by Jocelyn Brown's fantastic rendition of Keep on Jumpin' - and we certainly were at the fantastic news that we had won not 1 but 2 TW Globe awards.

[September, 2007] At this years Travel Trade Gazette Awards Holiday Extras were awarded the title of Best Holiday Add Ons.
The award ceremony was hosted by comedian Rob Brydon and took place at Old Billingsgate. The award was accepted by Matthew Pack, Web and Marketing Director for Holiday Extras®.
The Best Holiday Ad-On Provider award was part of the Extra! Extra! category and Holiday Extras beat off some strong contenders including BCP, Holiday Taxis, Journeys Travel Insurance and Taxi Transfers.
