Our UK-based insurance team includes 50 trained specialists who are available seven days a week by phone and chat. Whether you need help with medical screening or want to understand the differences between our policies, we're here to answer your questions and explain your options clearly. We'll help you understand the cover available, so you can compare the policy options against your travel plans. Our aim is to make things simple, so you only pay for the cover you need.

Cover for pre-existing medical conditions

Finding suitable holiday insurance with pre-existing medical conditions does not have to be hard. At Holiday Extras, we consider most medical conditions, including asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure and many more.

All Holiday Extras Bronze, Silver and Gold Travel Insurance policies include emergency medical cover for when you are on holiday.

If you have a pre-existing medical condition, this will need to be declared when you book so that any available cover can be confirmed before you travel.

Our team are on-hand Mon-Fri 9am to 8pm and Sat-Sun 9am to 5pm.

Calls to 03 numbers cost the same as calls to standard UK landlines. From landlines, this is usually around 2p-10p per minute and often included in your call package. From mobiles, it is usually around 10p-40p per minute and often included in bundled minutes, so in most cases there is nothing extra to pay.
