If a parking ticket has been taken by mistake, the customer must leave the car park immediately and enter using the QR code. A refund is not possible. The reservation entitles the holder to one single entry and exit only. Interrupting the parking period is not possible.

Please note that there is no service station for motorhomes and overnight stays are not permitted.
