We found the Premier Inn an ideal place to stay before our long haul flight. The staff were friendly and helpful and the shuttle service good.

Excellent facilities at the new premier Inn at Terminal 5. Comfortable room, good food and attentive staff. Pity about the flood. Hoe they soon got it sorted.
