There was a mix up with room. Took a little while to get right. The room was a little shabby but clean. The service was good. The food was good. The bar worker really nice

Hotel was adequate, but very hot, on return air conditioner wasn’t able to get a comfortable room temperature.

Hotel was great geeta could not help us more than she did swap our rooms so we had single beds. Printed out our forms for travel she was brilliant beds we comfortable 10 stars

we used airport parking at terminal 5 Heathrow. All was smooth except a late change of car park meant we could not find the new car park as instructions were too vague. We ended up in the Sofitel car park and had to be let out.

Hotel was fine but the family room comprised a double bed and space for just one 'put-me-up' so another 'put-me-up' had to be assembled to grandfather's room for the other granddaughter.
