The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over with a permanent UK address, except employees of Holiday Extras Limited, travelguru.tv and the Barbados Tourism Authority their families, associates, suppliers, or anyone connected with the arrangement of the prize draw.
The prize is a 7night holiday to Barbados, staying at the Treasure Beach Hotel with return economy flight from London Gatwick Airport. As specified by Holliday Extras Limited and travelguru.tv.
The draw can be entered via the Holiday Extras (www.holidayextras.com) and travelguru.tv websites from 18th May 2009 and will close to entrants 5pm, 15th July 2009.
To enter the draw a visitor to the website must complete an online search for a parking or hotel product and opt to receive an email confirmation of the quote, make a car parking or hotel booking, or sign up to receive monthly email newsletters. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that were not successfully completed by the closing date.
Only one entry per email address will be entered into the draw. Entries will be cross-referenced to eliminate duplicates.
The winner will be the first customer randomly selected in a computerised draw. The draw will take place on the Monday following the closing date.
Holiday Extras Limited and travelguru.tv reserves the right to alter the terms of the prize draw, but will ensure that any alternative prize is of at least an equivalent value.
Entries over the telephone or via posted mail will not be accepted.
The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be informed by email or post within 21 days of the draw taking place and agrees to the publication of their name on the Holiday Extras and travelguru.tv websites.
Holiday Extras Limited and travelguru.tv reserves the right to select an alternative winner if unable to contact the original winning customer within 21 days of the draw taking place or in the event of any winner being unable to prove adherence to these rules. If, for any reason, the winner is not able or chooses not to take up the holiday prize, no cash alternative or alternative holiday can be offered. The prize is non-transferable.
The winner’s name may be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to: Barbados Draw, Holiday Extras Marketing, Newingreen, Hythe, Kent CT21 4JF
Entering the prize draw is deemed to indicate acceptance of these rules.
