So far this summer, the UK's weather might have been rather dull, but the annual Regent Street Festival promises to warm September up for those who visit.
This year, London's most exciting outdoor free street event has picked the theme of India and this should ensure a magical day for visitors.
Taking place all day on September 2nd, the whole of Regent Street will be dressed by renowned Indian designer Sumant Jayakrishnan.
As well as a host of street performers, dancers and an elegant white Indian wedding horse, visitors will be entertained by music provided by the BBC's Asian network.
Artists lined up to play at the event include Bobby Friction, DJ Kayper, Niraj Chag, Rishi Rich Showcase and This Jaipur Kawa Brass Band.
To make sure children have fun at the event, the whole of the front of Hamleys will be transformed into a Goan beach. Here kids will be able to enjoy an art workshop inspired by the colours of southern India, as well as a Rajasthani string puppet ensemble.
There will also be a host of tempting Indian foodstuffs on sale and many beautiful handicrafts so visitors can take away something to remind them of the magical day.
