Climbing the Sydney Harbour Bridge has won an award for being the best experience in New South Wales.
The Sydney Harbour Bridge climb is the most exciting experience on offer to travellers in New South Wales (NSW), according to the Golden Backpack awards.
Readers of TNT magazine vote for the winners of the Golden Backpacks, which are the only awards in the independent travel sector that reward companies for improving the travel experience around Australia and New Zealand.
The Sydney Bridge climb is considered a 'must-do' activity for visitors to the city, with Robert De Niro, Nicole Kidman, Will Smith and Cameron Diaz among the visitors who have scaled the structure.
Over two million people have taken part in the activity, with more than 2,000 backpackers climbing the bridge in the last year alone.
