sign posting and internal direction signs need improving.
slight issue ( resolved easily by staff) at exit where ticket put into machine for prepaid said owed over £1K!! gave us a shock.

Dedicated parking bays in advance at Luton would help rather than having to drive round looking for a space as it was very busy and we struggled to find a space

The parking was fine, but when it came to leave, the APNR didn’t recognise my registration and wanted to charge me £540. This was sorted out by the person on the intercom, but still a little unnerving.

Booked at Luton airport and found the process was very easy and cheap to use Carpark 1 where you keeep your car keys and take a few minutes walk to the Terminal building. Entry and exit was very easy.
