The staff got the hotel booking wrong, even on the third attempt and I did not notice! Cost me an extra £219 because they booked the Raddison Blu Heathrow and not Manchester.

Everything trouble free. Easy parking, good accommodation and friendly helpful staff. Transfers to terminal 5 straightforward.

All good, except for hotel on our return to the UK who tried to tell us that they didn't have a double room which we had booked and paid for, only a twin! After some discussion a double room was made available!

Continental breakfast to go, trolley should be checked if needs restocking ! Apart from this one point, everything was fantastic ! Great peace of mind with parking and leaving car at the hotel .

Directions
Leave the M4 at junction 4 and take the airport access road towards terminals 2 and 3 - it's the first exit if you're travelling westbound, and the third exit if you're travelling eastbound. At the next roundabout, take the first exit onto the A4 towards central London. The hotel is about half a mile down the A4 on the left.
