Very nice stay again every thing very smooth . Only criticism is the prices seem to creep up every year apart from that very satisfied

Check in was simple parking was underground and therefore nearby. Staff were helpful and rooked a taxi to terminal 3 straight away.. I would use it again

Hotel welcomed us despite late arrival. Given ground floor room to help disabled mother. Gave us a discount voucher for drinks. Ordered our taxi for us.

Directions
- Exit the M4 at junction 5.
- At the roundabout, take the third exit (signposted Colnbrook) if you're travelling from the West, and the first exit if you're travelling from the East, onto the A4/London Road.
- Continue along the road as it becomes Bath Road.
- At the fourth set of traffic lights, the hotel will be on your left.
