We booked the Plaza Premium T2 Departures Lounge at LHR. Very good. The lounge was very comfortable, a good selection of food, clean and tidy, and meant that we could relax for a couple of hours before our flight to Canada. Thank you!

The staff were very helpful. Our room was on the small side but we were only staying one night. Lighting in the bathroom could be better

Whole process was very smooth. Stayed at Heathrow Ibis - clean, comfortable rooms and easy Hoppa to the Airport. Would stay here again when travelling from Heathrow.
