Heathrow Airport Hotels

There were no tea or coffee making facilities that I found. I did not sleep well. It was a very long walk to the airport terminal.

Everything was perfect, couldn't have asked for more... Hotel had great parking, close to the airport and was modern and very clean

Very convenient for the Terminal. Off airport parking a bit inconvenient and time consuming, but not excessively so.

The hotel and staff were very good. The facilities and service were just what I required as a single traveller. No noise from aircraft and so convenient. The only negative is that the room was so stuffy even with air conditioning.

The room was modern clean and perfectly situated near the elevator. The bus boy was extremely helpful.

Every thing went to plan.
One thing it would help if the Hilton had a sign stating that you can take the trolleys from the airport to the hotel foyer.

Hotel was very good - just a shame that they charged us parking (£20) for the last night. It was an expense that came as a complete surprise as we'd thought that it was all included in the price we'd paid.

Really pleased with you, but concierge at the hotel couldnt care less.
no one offered to help us with our bags , when we checked in. When we picked up the car, no one offered us an umbrella...aaweful !
