Ski to your own Igloo
Skiers heading off to Austria's Tirol looking for something a little different now have the opportunity to experience life in an igloo.
Igloos are being built all over the Tirol as the winter sets in. At the foot of the awesome Hahnenkamm mountain in Kitzbuhel, an igloo village is being built complete with hotel, bar, restaurant, shop, wellness centre, church and village square. There is a VIP igloo built for two, and a standard igloo that can sleep up to eight people.
Over in the Otztal region, the Icegloo Village will have eight igloos built for groups of up to four, plus a lounge igloo able to accommodate up to 48 guests. Skiers can relax in the sauna and whirlpool before skinny dipping in the snow.
Party animals can head to the Zillertal White Lounge Igloo Bar, where there will be 10 guest igloos around a central igloo with a bar, restaurant, chill out areas and "romantic niches". All 10 igloos will feature works of art created from snow, and the outside snow bar will play the ultimate in chill out music.
