The hotel was very conveniently located near Heathrow, the rooms were clean and pleasant, and the car was looked after well... Did I leave a shoe in the bedroom?!

Loved the white bed linen felt instantly every thing was clean . bar food good value for money, staff welcoming and helpful.

Only problem we experienced was with the taxi on our return to Heathrow.We followed the pick up instructions but it appeared the taxi driver wanted to do his own thing!

Arrival at the Master Robert hotel
The earliest arrival time at the Master Robert is 14:00. For a transfer from the airport, please call AZA Cars on 0208 570 0909 to arrange a taxi to the Master Robert. Discounted taxi transfers are available. Transfers to terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4 are available for £6.50 per person for a return. There is a £5 supplement if 5 passengers or more are travelling. For passengers travelling to terminal 5 a taxi is available for £8.50 per person for a return. Again, there is a £5 supplement if 5 passengers or more are travelling. Here are the directions to the hotel: Leave the M4 at junction 3. Take the third exit from the roundabout and continue straight over one set of lights. At the next roundabout take the first exit towards London on the A4. Continue to the next roundabout and go straight over at the next set of traffic lights. The hotel is on the left hand side.
