We found the drop and go very easily. Entering the area was easy and we appreciated the pre- scan to check the condition of the vehicle. The onsite staff were great and I hope they will retained as their assistance really helped. The return was OK but without Human assistance the next steps were unclear, including finding my vehicle.

First time I used Drop and Go at Manchester Airport. The process was very smooth, staff on hand to assist in Car and Key drop. Less than 10 mins wait for Bus either end of journey.

We only managed to find car park as some one had said that the car park name was not in full On the road signs. On the signs it only says D and G. That is something to be aware of when looking for car park. It is a multi story car park. Car scanned when you pull in for damage before you park. It is not clear what to do when you enter park. Go up first ramp there was not any one about to tell you what to do. We parked in first line of cars. If you look about there are signs which say key drop. There are kiosks where have to log car flight etc. this produces a label to be attached to car key. You get a receipt for your return. On return you have to go to key drop scan your receipt in zone either A B C or D this tell you which box to collect your key from. The box opens on you key is the zone your car is parked in. Collect car and drive away. Have to press button on barrier to let you put. Quiet complicated when you arrive and depart but if used again I would be more prepared.away. When trying to find this car park you need to look for D and G as the full name of drop and go does not appear on the signs. Car scanned on entry for any damage. On one around to ask where to park car go up the first ramp. Cars where lined up so parked behind them. Saw a sign saying key drop headed over there. There are kiosks where you have to register you key also putting in your flight details. You get a label for you key and a receipt there was a member of staff there so helped us enter details he took key for us. Think you must drop of at an office. On return you jade to scan you receipt in the right zone which is on your receipt A B C D. When scanned it tells you which box your key is in the box opens for you. On the key is a label which tells you which zone you car is parked in. Ours was in Red 5. The floor is painted in different colours the zones are on the pillows at the end of the rows. Think there approx 5 rows of the different colours. It’s just a case of looking your car in that zone. It’s a bit complicated using this car park for the first time. If you use it a few times you would get used to it .

Easy to find location. Parking lanes on arrival we're extremely close together, making it very difficult for passengers to get out of the car. Smooth registration process with helpful staff on hand. Shuttle bus journey was short and sweet. On return, I wasn't aware that keys would be accessed via secure boxes, rather than via a person on reception, but this was a quick and easy process which probably saved queues. Overall, a good service.

Staff on our return at the key collection point were non existent and as I'm deaf phoning is not an option for me. This service was new to us and outward there was a human being present to guide us through the process. We managed about 75% ourselves on the outbound journey. On the return journey it was after 9pm when we got to the drop and go key pick up point. I can't do phones , as already mentioned, so got confused when each pod we tried said sorry no key- call reception. Had there been some written instructions somewhere either on the pod display, or on the wall, telling us to try each pod that would really have helped. We tried different pods and eventually found our car key. The worst thing about your service was the busses. Our cases were approx 20kgs, like everybody else, yet the space allocation was poor to the point of personal injury from lifting on the buses. Had there been an assistant to help lift the cases up so high to secure them we would think twice but it was poorly laid out on the buses to the point of us not being prepared to use your service again. If the suitcase stacking area was better laid out so that small carry on's could not be put on the floor or lower stacking areas that would minimise lifting risk. Our bus driver seemed to have another member of staff with him but they would not assist with the lifting. We waited more than 10 minutes for a bus. Sorry but overall too much hard work so we won't be using you again.

This was such a simply x easy and efficient way to do airport parking . Everything went very smoothly , there was a member of staff to help when my label didn’t print out properly , and the problem was quickly solved . Transfer to departures , and back on our return was quick and smooth , and key collection and finding car very straight-forward . We will definitely use this service again .

Grumpy staff on arrival at the key drop off point. Extremely rude staff on return. You had parked my car that close to the next vehicle there was no way I could get in. I asked for someone to help. When they arrived he merely climbed over the seats of my car scuffing the interior with his boots. Please bear in mind that my car was brand new with less than miles on the clock, so I'm sure you can appreciate my annoyance. When I complained he rudely said "well I didn't park it there, what do you want? I've got it out for you" so overall not a good experience.

We used Drop & Go car park at Manchester Airport and have to say we were suitably impressed. Car is fully scanned on arrival, staff on hand to instruct you where to leave the car. Once parked up, more staff to assist you with the key drop, and then a short walk across to Terminal 1. Couldn’t have been easier. We would definitely recommend this service and will be using it in the future. Very satisfied ????

I returned to find a flat battery. The car park staff knew about this as they had to jump start my car to move it from the parking area to the collection area, and yet no attempt was made to let me know. I had to contact staff after the car failed to start and wait for them to arrive to jump start it again. I was told that this often happens as cars are parked very close to the runway and alarms can be set off. Mine must have been going all week- my battery, in good order when I parked the car, will not now charge properly and I am faced with a bill and the inconvenience of getting a new one. I will not use this car park again. Also, although advertised as “ no transfer required” you have to get on a transfer bus- I waited for 15 mins and the journey took around ten. Totally unsatisfied.
