Hadnt used the drop and go parking before. Would highly recommend, easy to book, helpful staff, very easy to locate, bus is provided but didnt use as located walking distance of the terminal.

Staff extremely helpful when parking are car and leaving the keys. On arrival took a few attempts to retrieve keys barcode scanned but when you pressed HERE it didn’t work

The directions to, drop n go car park where totally wrong as the entrance had been move and made one. On return to Manchester Airport there were no buses from T2 back to the car park

Staff very helpful on drop off. Short wait for bus at 04:00 on collection and picked up by other airport bus. Simple to collect key. Writing on key tag difficult to read (especially at 04:00 and not knowing that word was a colour). Overall, pretty smooth and simple

Staff was excellent and very helpful. The problem was on return we had someone in our party that wasn't very good at walking. So having to walk fron the terminal to the car park sll that way was a problem.

OK getting key, but a nightmare finding car. Was in Red 7 and lanes stopped at 6. Lane 7 was at the other end of car park from lane 8 (who numbered these areas has got issues with logic) Took nearly half hour to find car and no staff available to ask.

I used the drop and go. On my return the bar code did not work so I had to wait for assistance to get my car key. When I got to my car it was badly parked resulting in me having to access the passenger side and climb over to the driver side

Directions were out of date. T1/T3 long stay no longer exists, it is T1/T3 mid stay. No mention was made of following signs for 'D&G', no mention of a D&G logo was made, nothing on site looked anything like the drop and go wording or colours of the booking. A small sign saying 'D&G car rental return' looks like a sign for car rental. The joining instructions say nothing about driving up a ramp into a multi storey. Hence I ended up parking in the mid stay by mistake.

Would have liked better signage, not aware the sign to follow was D&G. Very impersonal no staff on collection. There seemed to be alot of exit signs leading to everyone going round in circles.

Handing keys over no issues. On return collecting keys ticket says follow signs to drop and go. No signs in lounge. Walked outside no signs showing where to go. Found bus stop waited 15 mins nothing turned up walked to drop and go building. Retrieved keys no problem Difficult to read signs for zones not very user friendly a few people had same moan trying to find car.

Used Drop & Go for holiday parking. Drop & Go is a great facility and well managed. We did struggle to locate the entrance and maybe a lunimous drop & Go light would help, though we did feel a bit stupid when we found it. A lit sign would help for first time night users

We travelled down at 5.15am right to the car park the sat nav took us to to find there was no signage for holiday extra. So I drove down to another manned car park who told me to try round the far side of the airport. Being unable to find it I returned to ask at the same car park to again being told they'd never heard of you. I then drove to terminal 1 and asked at a police car who tried to find we're I should be. Again they drew a blank but suggested I go to the barrier and ask the attendant if he could help. This he did after I gave him my reg number and told me it was the drop and go multi story I'd been too over an hour earlier. The car park and service was great once I drove in but why oh why are there no signs with your name on so when we arrive we know we are at the right multi story. Not good when your stressed already hoping all the covid paperwork and tests have been done correctly.

Drop & Go parking booked at Manchester airport was rubbish. It said buses every 5-10 mins to airport and said it was easy process, similar to meet & greet. It is NOT the same. The process is automated and VERY complicated and time consumbing, poor process for dropping and retrieving car and waited more than 30mins for bus from terminal. Will never use again......
