Everything was brilliant. Easy to find, really pleasant,helpful staff, buses came straight away. Would recommend ,however I would avoid booking from Manchester Airport again because of security delays!

Drop and Go at Manchester Airport was completely painless, parked on arrival, staff on hand to assist with dropping off keys. Upon return you receipt is put under a bar code scanner and a box opens containing your key which highlights where you car is parked. I would definitely use again and would recommend.

All went well on the way out with a helpful man there to assist us use the unfamiliar system. Sadly the same cannot be said when we returned. We managed to retrieve our key without difficulty which said we were in row 1 of the purple zone. When we got there the car was not there. What do we do now? Had to return to the key collection point. No-one about eventually I found the help phone. It took a while for someone to answer but they promised to come up, which they did and we eventually found the car in row 3. They blamed “temporary staff” If that’s the level of care the temporary staff show I worry how much care they take when driving your car. It caused a significant delay in our onward journey which is not something you want after a long flight. There needs to be more help phones in the parking zones. All in all not a great experience.

The T3 D&G facility was excellent, just a pity the feature was so far from T2, despite the airport bus ( lucky it was dry weather )... as for Manchester Airport, they are a total bunch of amateurs... worst EVER in all my global travels... totally surpassing their previous misdemeanours by far ! Even the pilot said ditch M/cr, use Bradford, Newcastle or Liverpool ! What a sad indictment that is of purportedly international airport. Consequently couldn't even use Private Lounge booked through Holiday Extras.

Used the Manchester Airport Drop and Go. Found the car park easily enough, although the automated entry would not let us through as we were a day late due to our flight being delayed. There was a 5-10 minute wait at the reception desk to resolve this. After this, everything was quite efficient. A short wait for the transfer bus, which runs about every 10 minutes and dropped by arrivals. On the return the bus arrived at the stop when we did and the 5 minute journey back to the car park was fine. Collected the keys without a hitch.

The process and parking on leaving the to go on holiday was perfect. Easy and a very helpful member of staff was there for support. I loaded that I was disabled and left my car in a disabled bay. On my return. My car was parked in the yellow bay which couldn’t have been further away. I had to struggle at 2 in the morning on crutches after a 4 hour flight. There was plenty of spaces in the disabled bay, but even though my disabled badge was still on display I had to walk a long long way. Was very disappointed with this.

Drop & Go parking...Great value. Close to the terminal. Seamless process when dropped off, and when returned to collect car. Highly recommended. We also purchased Fastrack tickets for departures. Saved at least an hour, as queues were very long. £5 each is small price to pay

I turned up for my car & was told my car was not in the park at terminal 1 it was at the drop & go. I walked over to the drop & go parking to be told the car my car was not parked here it was at terminal 1. I had to walk over to terminal 1 with heavy suitcases where eventually my car was there
