Arrived with no problems information provided very clear. Return much more confusing, was the early hours of the morning no one around and a lack of information as to where to go and how to collect keys find car etc. (we were not the only family wandering round looking lost) once we found someone was very easy and now I have used once’s would use again.

Booked an executive transfer however our return back to the airport was not executive at all. Was a noisy old 16 seat mini bus. Yes it was private but not the comfort we expected or paid for.

This was the second time I’ve used your site for Drop and Go at Manchester Airport. This parking option is fabulous. Just drive in leave the keys collect from safe locker system on your return and drive away. Your site has proved to be excellent for my requirements, an easy site to navigate, and I fully recommend your services.

We weren't sure about using "drop and go" as previously used meet and greet with no need for a shuttle bus. However was pleasantly surprised with everything going smoothly from parking the car to picking it up. Would definitely use again.

Our flight was delayed by approx 14 hrs, we had payed for delayed flight cover, when we tried to collect the car key there was a message on screen saying late arrival payment required, the carpark was very quiet at the time so it took a while to find someone resolve the issue .

Easy to get to the car park but not well signed to the entrance. It said 12-15 mins to terminal but took just over 30. Busses not regular. Dropped you off at the wrong end of the terminal and was a long walk to check in desks

We booked car parking and it was very easy. We dropped our car off and they parked it for us. On arrival we went to the kiosk and scanned our ticket it then told us which safe our key was in and where it was parked

We used the “Drop and Go” car parking service at Manchester Airport and it was so much better than their old meet and greet service. My car was scanned by cameras on entry to ensure there was a record of any scratches on dings. The whole car check in process was fairly simple and I appreciated the assistance provided by the guys stood in the car park directing traffic in numbered lanes and at the check in screens, they were all really friendly. The only problem some other users had was the Car parks, lower ground floor door frame. It is raised by about an inch, it should be flush with the ground, doesn’t sound a lot but with people pushing and pulling their suitcases they were getting stuck and slowing things down. I’d highly recommend Manchester Airports D&G service, 10 out of 10.

Easy to find, extremely prompt and helpful though the arrival process. Was out and on shuttle bus in no time. Collection was easy with the self service locker and car parked as indicated in tag. Very straight forward and will use again.

We used Drop and Go Parking which was only 5 minutes walk from Terminal 1 at Manchester. Upon arrival we parked in lanes and was directed to the check in area where help was at hand to input certain info regards the vehicle. We were then given a slip of paper on how and where to collect our car keys upon our return. DONT LOSE THE RECEIPT. In return for the slip of paper we handed our keys to the attendant. Upon our return although there were no bodies around to help all we had to do was scan our receipt in reception, Level 1 , take our keys from the stated locker and then collect our car from the alloted slot, ie red lane 22. The whole operation was efficient and effective and I would certainly use Drop and Go parking again. We walked to and from the terminal although a bus was available.

We were instructed by Air France that AF1169 on 3 April would depart from MAN T3, hence we booked D&G at T3. On arrival at T3, it was closed & sign said all flight out of T1. At T1, we were told AF flights are out of T2, where we experienced dreadful delays at Security. THIS WAS AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE. MANCHESTER AIRPORT IS ABSOLUTELY RIBBISH. We are both over 75 and do not need this kind of treatment

It was very good , the staff were so helpful and showed us what to do with regard to the car key , very efficient! plus the fact our car was inside so we knew it was safe . We were 2 hours late coming back , we were a bit worried that we went over time but it was fine , we collected our car without any problems! Once inside the Drop and Go facility everything was superb! No excellent. What a shame the entrance to the car park was not labelled as we had expected. D + G does not exactly identify with the 'DROP & GO' signage we were looking for from a moving vehicle and among the myriad of other car park signs on show. Car parks A to C and D - G, H - L and so on. Having failed to recognise the sign as we passed the entrance we found ourselves back on the motorway and for all intense and purposes 'lost'. The second time we approached the entrance we took a chance on the D + G more out of hope than certainty and were just delighted to have reached our destination. During the COVID pandemic we had to cancel our holiday and our carparking with you. We were entitled to the full carparking money back. If booked through Manchester airport we would have got it. Through you, NO, we had to have a £10 voucher which we had to use through you. Hence, when we finally managed to book an holiday we had to go through you to use the voucher so hence, we booked carparking. I have a very low opinion of your company. Not refunding the full carparking money initially was disgusting. I can promise I will never use or recommend anybody to book anything via you. I have nothing positive to say about you !!!!

Parking was efficient and convenient. Only draw back was that the signage to enter Drop&Go none existent so although it appeared obvious where it was entering took discovering.Maybe they need a sign indicating where drive in entrance for car park is. I ended up going to T3 long stay first before back tracking and exploring where entrance was. Otherwise key drop off and pick up very good. Bus service good.

Drop and Go check in was efficient once we found the right car park. We first went to the Meet and Greet. Signage at the airport and directions/map on the Holiday Extras confirmation were not sufficient to let us get to the right please easily.
