Everything went fantastically. The staff were extra helpful. Just 2 niggles. The postcode took us to a hotel on the opposite side of the road and on return we thought we could walk across from terminal 1 but couldn’t find the building. Of course the arrivals and departures are either side of the bridge. Just a couple of things we could have been told but a great service. Well done.

Great service, very easy to book, best price we found, bus driver was friendly, we didn’t wait long at all & would highly recommend. We had a slight issue collecting keys as we’d gone over the time booked but it was solved by using the phone to call you (even at 3am!) and she had the keys released in seconds.

We used Drop and Go for a week trip. Car park is easy to find, great to use and staff are very helpful from start to finish. Everything was explained by staff on arrival and pick up was very easy. Bus drivers helpful and very polite. Only one down side was we were parked on Yellow section on return. Quite a walk at 4:00am in the morning. (This is very picky)

Drop'n'Go - obviously a cheaper version of "Meet and Greet". But personally the little extra for M&G is viable, as on returning to collect car at 04:00am MY keys were not in the returning boxes but with the un-,manned reception and the "maze" to exit is not what you need after a long flight. Fair option but not for me.

A very smooth first try of drop and go. Everything worked as it should. We had been concerned about arriving close to midnight, but no problem. The automated system worked very well. Only slight problem was an illegible number for our parking space, but didn’t take long to find it.

We decided to walk from the drop & go area to terminal 3 and it was easy. On returning make sure you check the key collection zone on your ticket because it will only work in the correct section (either A,B,C or D). We found the staff to be very friendly.
