Drop and Go is the way for me from now! The staff were great and assisted my first drop and go parking experience brilliantly. Guided to park and car easy to find on return. So near the terminals too could easily walk it..Brilliant am booking again

Only one problem, finding the entrance to building - sign at roundabout could be better for first timers to include 'entrance' rather than just D&G. Everything else spot on, great system for parking, leaving keys then collecting keys, pity about Manchester Airport - what a disaster area

Used DandG, M/C airport. Needs clearer signage on confusing complex of airport roads. I and others struggled to locate. Otherwise very efficient smooth service as described.

Manchester Airport T1 Drop and Go was extremely easy to use and both drop off and collection took less than 10 minutes. Bus to terminal is fast and I would definitely use this service again if I fly from Manchester.

The hotel provided somewhere to sleep before an early flight the next morning. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was comfortable and quiet. The only thing that could be improved is increasing the (currently very short) amount of free wifi time per day

On this occasion the process was relatively pain-free! Twice before we had the parking facility changed at short notice, so were a little nervous over how this occasion would develop. We only met one member of staff, who was very helpful in guiding us through the facility, and giving good advice.

Dropped our car off no problem on our return couldn’t open the box as it said we had over stayed I had phone your office a month earlier to change our booking because jet2 had changed our terminal and our return flight details got it all changed over the phone to you no problem but as I said couldn’t get our keys had to search for someone to help sort it at 3 o’clock in the morning this is the last thing we needed it took about 40mins to sort before we got our key

Stuff were helpful and pleasant System seemed to work well mostly but we arrived home at 4am and car was not ready Said it was supposed to be ready at 4pm Therefore we had to wait around until they could move other cars to get ours out The gentleman who we spook to was very helpful and did get us a couple of chairs and did apologise for the mistake However at that time the last thing you need is to have to hang around in an empty room for an extra half hour

Great experience dropping my car at Manchester Drop and Go parking. Easy drop off and very efficient. System on return just as efficient, scanned my receipt to retrieve my car key and tag identified were my car was parked.

The whole experience was easy, from booking, to dropping off, to leaving the car park. Staff were on hand to help and advise. The reason for a 7 and not a 10 was, the directions for last turn to the carpark, I booked Drop and Go, but at 3 o'clock in the morning a signpost saying D & G with car rental returns underneath didn't register plus trying to find the road names given on the directions was impossible.
