Our flight was cancelled and we returned to collect our car the following day.Although we had paid insurance for flight delays,t when we tried to collect our key it was asking for £25 as we were late collecting the key. After the trauma and inconvenience of the flight cancellation we then had to go through the rigmarole of sorting out the key collection at Drop & Go station in Terminal 1 at Manchester Airport. Is the fact we paid insurance for delays not registered with the Airport parking administration?

Booked Drop & Go. Excellent service, all went very smooth with good directions to site. Well signed in the car park and the staff helping to book your car in. Waited 10 min for a bus as we just missed one. Return went very smooth. 5 min wait for bus, picked up keys and tab told us where to find the car. Would defiantly use this service again.

This was easy, even for us as we always seem to go wrong with these things! We followed the instructions, took the keys in. Pressed a few buttons and left keys in a drop box. Upon return ya press a few buttons and keys appear in a box that lights up for you to open. All secure and the vehicle doesn’t leave the car park. Will definitely be using this again. Staff were very helpful too and if your not sure what to do there is always someone there to help you. It was easy.

Everything was very straight forward if you have used it before or there is someone there. When we arrived at 4am there was people there to help and they took the key. There is a bus to the terminal, but if you want to walk it is only a short walk but not the most obvious route so we took the bus. On return at 2am, there is no signage at all mentioning how to get to Drop and Go, and we could not find where the bus was, we did not have a lot of luggage or children but if we had this would have caused more stress than expected. Thankfully there was someone to ask and we walked back. When we did get to the key collection part there was not any staff, but it was easy to get the key back from the instuctions on the ticket received when dropping the key off. The carpark is also easy with colour coded zones, don't put off if it is dark as the lights work of sensors and will come on as you approach. My only gripe is the lack of signage which was made worse by the time of arriveal back and lots of delays.

Your staff are absolutely useless, we did the booking over the phone and they booked the wrong time for collection. They had the flight number and everything, I spent a ridiculous amount of time on our holiday trying to sort it but guess what no one would help, you cannot get through over the phone and you ruined the last part of our holiday with stress.

Finding the Drop and Go garage in Manchester was a nightmare. The directions on the web site do not show the D+G logo in a black box which is on the road signs. I was not looking for them, and they are very small. I was expecting the same logo as on the web site.

Drop and Go Carpark - Have used this carpark before and as before both on arrival and departure everything worked really well. Registration recognised on arrival, drove in parked in allocated lane. Completed details using self check in had a couple of queries which were quickly answered by the onsite staff. On arrival scanned ticket and collected keys from allocated box. Very easy, would definitely use again.
