Very good , easy to use , you leave your car for the staff to park for you , put your key in the locker , then the bus takes you to your departure terminal . When you arrive back you take your key out of your locker and your car is waiting for you . We are both in our 70’s and found it very easy to use !! Highly recommend

Drop and go parking was excellent. Easy to find and park up. We got there early but it was no bother. Bus took 4 mins to get to the terminal. On our return bus arrived within 5 mins. Easy to get your keys, find car and leave. Will definitely use again.

Very easy to find, the only minor problem was the bar code on my receipt was not recognized but one of your staff helped me out by putting in my car registration and resolved. Picking up my car was also very easy, I would certainly use 'Drop and Go' in the future.

it is so easy, literally drive to the gates, they open and then park. go inside deposit the key and there is a shuttle bus or a 5 min walk to check-in desks. so easy. its great!

Drop and Go was excellent. Very efficient and staff on hand to assist. We walked to Terminal 2 rather than taking the shuttle bus as it is mainly under cover and after sitting on a plane for hours was welcome exercise. We usually park at T2 West but pleased we didn't as vehicles collecting passengers in the multi storey have made it a nightmare to park and exit. Have already booked Drop and Go again in September at a reasonable cost.

The parking was great and we always use you however I also booked security fast passes. These were booked when the terminal was u known so I called up to advise the terminal was incorrect, from there on in you really didn’t do very well at all. You refused to help !!! I did book new security fast passes with another provider and still have an unresolved complaint with your company, I’ve not heard back from you about the inconsistencies in staffs understanding of what could have been done, I’d really like to hear back as to what went wrong until then I will not book again and will also tell everyone I know and post to social media at the shambles behind the admin which is a real shame as I’ve recommend you many many times

Arrive at the Drop and Go, Camera scanned the car on arrival, up the ramp where a friendly staff member guided you to your lane to park your car. He then guided you to reception. There was another very helpful staff member helped you to use the computer to fill in your car details, this only took 30seconds, you are given a receipt, keep your receipt safe for your return back. On our return we were more than one day late with all the chaos with our flight back being cancelled and then flying back to Birmingham Airport and being transferred by coach to Manchester. Arrived to pick up the car and it showed we had to pay the excess, phoned reception as the payment machine did not recognise our receipt, spoke to a really nice man on the phone, took our details and told us there was no charge. MY ADVICE TO CUSTOMERS WHO BOOK DROP AND GO THROUGH HOLIDAY EXTRAS IS TO PAY THE £1.99 FOR FLIGHT DELAYS UP TO 24 HRS, WITH WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE CHAOS THE AIRPORTS AT THE MOMENT IT IS WELL WORTH IT AND WE WILL DO THIS IN THE FUTURE. Absolute nightmare to find the parking as theres so much going on and it's not very well sign posted, we originally ended up in the wrong one but the guy that we spoke to helped us and directed us to the one we needed to be at, altho we were firstly at the wrong one the barrier still lifted for us which made us think we were in the right place. Staff were lovely and helpful which made the experience a bit easier. To improve the whole parking I think easier signage would benefit more people.

I parked in the new Drop and Go car park. It was mostly a smooth operation and my car was easy to find when going to pick this up. The only issue for me is the car park is too out of the way from terminals 1 & 2 and I had to rely on memory to find the place from inside the airport

There was a problem before but no chance of contacting anyone, by tel or e mail tried fir 3 days, all e mails went into spam, 7 e mails but not the one I wanted, only knew we had paid for a place because of bank details and they would not accept this, they said e mail was void, not nice at 4 .00 am in the morning. On arrival to airport everything was great, but coming home was a shambles. The bus picked us up at T2 then went on to pick up from jet park 3 who were going to airport. We were unable to get off the bus as people were stood in aisle with their suitcases and we could not get passed them. The driver did not tell them to sit down as he did to us to keep aisle clear and then he shouted to us drop &go we said yes we know but people would not move for us. It was an absolute shambles why would you pickup to take to terminal at same time as people going to drop & go.

We returned from our holiday ,we’re unsure where to go. Managed to workout the way to access the key but found it really hard to work out where the car was. A young man told it was in the red zone which was either side of the car park but he went with us to find our car. Non of the parking spaces appeared to have numbers on them so it was a case of pressing my key and hoping the car would flash .

We took out a delayed flight insurance when we booked a Drop & Go parking on 1st-15th May. Our flight from Kefalonia was cancelled on 15th May and we returned home on 16th May. When we tried to recover our car keys on our return to Drop & Go it rejected our ticket and requested £25 to retrieve our keys. We then had to find someone to recover our keys, which was particularly distressing having returned home on a 19 hour delayed flight and facing another 90 minute drive home. We will not be using the Drop & Go facility again. Also why is the insurance information not flagged up to avoid anything like this happening?
