Every time we travel we always book through holiday extras and go with jet parks. It wasn't available when booking this time round so we booked the drop & go, which I would highly recommend all staff were very friendly and helpful. My car was kept safe in a multi story for our stay

This was the second time we have used D&G - lot more expensive than last time - but much easer to use once you know how it works. Used to use Jet Parks before Covid may go back 'cos of the price.

Yes, on my return i had a flat tyre on my car, i contcated RAC who told me 3 to 4 hours. Went to see staff at Drop and Go who arranged for someone to see to the car in 20 minutes. Off and away home save for the fact that the M56 was closed.

Seamless drop off and pick up experience. Really impressed. Only improvement is on the instructions for pick up they said follow the signs for ‘Drop and Go’ in the terminal, there were no signs inside the terminal.

Used the Drop & Go at Manchester airport. Dropping off was fine however on collection we were greeted by the carpark manager who informed us that they’d had ‘a little bump’ with my car. They tried ripping off my whole back bumper. They said their insurance will cover it but I won’t be using this service again. My car is a tiny i10 - how on earth did they manage to reverse it into a post??

Drop and Go parking worked well with no hiccups. Fast track was excellent but Manchester Airport is currently in turmoil. 90 minutes to drop of our bags, massive queues at all food outlets in T2 and flight delayed for over 2 and half hours. Will look to fly from another airport next time and probably not with Tui.

Park & Go....fantastic service start to finish. So easy, site on airport so can walk to terminal 1 in 5 mins. Pull up and park in lane directed bt staff. Put in reg and get ticket for your keys and drop them off there. On return use ticket to get keys back in an automated drop box and on keys location of your vehicle. 2 mins walk to car and straight out. Was a little sceptical as the price was very good and alot cheaper that the multi storey parks, but it worked really well. If we fly from Manchester again I would definitely be looking here again ????

Easy to find and drop off car, staff available at drop off and collection to help. Collection was easy. Only downside was the 15 min wait for the shuttle bus and 10 min journey to collect car but wouldn't put me off booking again.

Straightforward to park car and drop off keys. Transfer buses regular. Easy to access car keys and find car on return. All very smooth. However as I needed a transfer bus to get to T2, I could have gained cheaper parking for a few minutes longer on a transfer bus. For this reason I wouldn't use again.

Fantastic service! We booked in and drove car straight in as recognises number plate parked up handed keys over and off we went. On return shuttle picked up at terminal 2 straight to drop and go car park scanned receipt key popped out of drawer, our kids loved that bit! Car parked up ready to drive off on level 1 will absolutely use again

Staff helpful as not used this service before. Confusion on arrival to collect car as to how to use the machines ( other customers also found same problem). If we had been given explanation to use the machine printed on ticket eg A, B,C then this would have been simpler all around

I realised when I boarded the plane that I didn’t get a receipt for my key at Drop and Go which worried me. However when we returned I sought assistance and my passport was all I needed to prove I owned our car and we were able to retrieve it and set off home.

Staff helpful at drop off after finding car park. More signage needed on approach. Collection of car, better indication to where it was to collect just a pen note scrawled on ticket once key retrieved. Would help if there was a member of staff there to ask if you get stuck. Colour code on ticket would be helpful.

No problem going out on my holiday, big problem coming back. Extremely tired after a long delayed flight, arrived at drop and go at 3.45 am only to find massive queues waiting for their cars. Sadly I was one I had to report to reception to be told due to staff shortages I would have to wait for my car. Considering I paid over £60 pounds for car parking the service was terrible and would never use them again
