Warner Bros. Studio Tour London - The Making of Harry Potter is based at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden, a purpose-built, state-of-the-art film and television studio where all eight Harry Potter™ films were produced!
You'll have the chance to see a treasure trove of authentic props, costumes and sets, with something new to discover around every corner.

Sets
Walk in the footsteps of your favourite characters whilst you explore authentic sets, including the Hogwarts™ Great Hall, the Forbidden Forest, Gringotts Bank™ and the Hogwarts Express™ at Platform 9 ¾™.
Props
Spot all your favourite props, including the Golden Snitch™, the Puking Pastilles dispenser and even the huge Chamber of Secrets door. Delight in the British talent and artistry and attention to detail that could be easily missed on screen, like the 950 filled potion jars lining the walls of the Potions classroom.
Costumes
Enjoy a closer look at the costumes worn by well-loved characters. You'll be able to see all of the hidden details on beautifully embroidered costumes such as the iconic Quidditch™ uniforms and the Yule Ball robes.
SFX, VFX and Creature Effects
Discover the real-life magic behind spellbinding special effects. Experience green screen technology used in Quidditch first-hand, learn how intricate prosthetics transformed actors into Gringotts™ goblins and how life-size animatronics brought Buckbeak™ the Hippogriff to life.
Art Department
Take a look at the intricate technical drawings and white card model sets designed by the Art Department. One particular moment of delight is seeing the stunning Hogwarts Castle model, built by a team of 86 artists and crew members.
Backlot Café
Located halfway through the Studio Tour is the Backlot Café. Enjoy hot meals, sandwiches and snacks, with views of exterior sets, such as the Knight Bus™, Privet Drive and the Hogwarts Bridge. The Backlot Café is also where you can taste a delicious frothy Butterbeer™!
Photo Opportunities
There are lots of exciting photo opportunities throughout the Studio Tour, so you can take some of the magic home with you. Try out the green screen technology and fly a broomstick just like Harry and his friends – purchase a DVD, USB or photo of your flight so that you can treasure the memories forever.
