Car and Key Drop off was easy and straightforward. The Bus transfer was also efficient both TO and FROM the Airport. On Return the Key Collection process was easy to use and the car was where it should be. Excellent Service.

Came back off holiday, but mislaid ticket to get my car keys, great you have a 24/7 help to get a replacement ticket to get keys back. Great staff, great attitude at 2 in the morning! Bit of a pain trying to find the car, good job I had key fob to light up the car lights!

We booked the Drop & Go Car Park at Manchester but had an issue locating the site. The directions took us to the building but to the entrance to the car park was for airport personnel! Eventually we found the appropriate entrance, which is marked a D&G! Now it was very early in the morning and we were very tired but, as a suggestion, using that acronym on your site might assist future weary travellers. Once at the site we were very impressed with the layout and process. It wouldn’t accept our booking ref., and a few others has the same issue! But there was a man at hand to assist and it was resolved quickly by just using our car reg. We experienced no further issues from then on and our return experience was excellent. Very impressed and wouldn’t hesitate using Drop & Go (D&G) in future

We were delighted by the smoothness of the arrangements. Parking at 2.30 am in a strange place, worried about the journey ahead was daunting but Drive and Go eased all our tension. The process was simple, the staff were brilliant and collecting our car key from the automatic machine was very easy. Thanks so much. Would definitely recommend and use you again.

First time we've used Drop and Go at Manchester Airport. Found the car park OK by following the signs. Easy to park as plenty of staff waving us through. However the scanner didn't work on my printed receipt and the computer didn't recognise the number either. However it did find my booking from my car registration. We had to wait around 15 minutes for the bus to the terminal. On return, again we had to wait only about 10 minutes for the bus and getting the car back was a simple process.

i have used h/extras many times in the past and been happy. However last january we were let down badly on our return to liverpool. This was a replacement due to pandemic cancllation, we could"nt contact anyone, including yourselves as the main agent, leaving us with no alternative but book into a hotel untill the following day. This was midnight on 12 jan and the carpark was unmanned, & we had to return to th airport, (which was deserted, as our flight wasthe last one of the day), Regards Paul & Sharon Taylor

Although everything went well with our Drop and Go parking I felt the arrangements to take us from our arrivals terminal to the car park were poor. The 2 problems we experienced were poor signage as to where we could find the appropriate bus and a considerable queue when at the bus stop. I do appreciate these problems were not a failing by Holiday Extras.

The car park was just fine but the bus pick up on return was very delayed due to all safety barriers paralysed all round the airport so the short journey took 45 mins at 3 in the morning.

Parking the car and helpful staff made it easy to check in, happy at this point. Coming home picking the car up very easy and that's were my happiness ended. We found the car to rattle loudly on the way home and instantly I thought the exhaust had been damaged, when I took it to a garage they found the heat cover on the exhaust was causing the rattling.

The Car Park was difficult to find. The Post Code given wasn't correct. Not many Staff around to speak too. But once found it was ok. Coming back was easier had we had been there once. The Bus to The Terminal was Great.

Drop and Go at Manchester airport was a new experience for us in airport parking. I was not sure what was required in terms of drop off and collection, but it turned out to be quick and quite straightforward. What’s more, Terminal 1 was just a 5 minute walk and the car was undercover. Apart from the cost (which seems to be fairly typical now) I would highly recommend it.

1. When approaching the entrance, you could put a two sided sign facing the oncoming traffic both ways. 2. A map out of the car park to the M60/ M61 or other ways out of the airpot complex would have helped. Some people may never have used Manchester before. Apart from this the position, and other notes within the Drop and Go Garage was excellent.

Everything went smoothly from when we arrived and dropped our car off to when we landed and collected our keys. Staff very helpful and informative of what we were to do. Found the key collection pods very impressive. I had lost the original collection receipt but luckily the staff had told us to take a picture before our holiday just in case and thankfully I did so was able to collect our keys using the barcode on the image.
