Booked drop & go with HE and found it very easy from directions . Booked fast track as well this wasn’t so well organised as no signs to direct us and nobody to ask so we had to queue up with other passengers nearly getting to the front before being able to ask someone . We were then taken straight through.

As I hadn't used this car park before I checked the location on Google maps before travelling. If I hadn't I suspect the entrance wouldn't have been easy to find. On arrival I was directed into the correct lane by a very pleasant and helpful gent. I checked in using the touchscreens but then it was it little confusing as to where to deposit my car keys. I joined a small queue to speak to the person manning the reception desk and handed the key over there. Back to the ground floor by lift and caught a bus for the short journey to terminal 1 On my return to the UK I waited at the Drop & Go bus stop outside terminal 1. After some time I began to think maybe you have to ring the Tel no provided to get picked up. This we did only to be told "Can't you walk to the car park?" Yes I probably could even though I had 2 large suitcases. Give me a week and I could probably walk home too! Not what I wanted to hear after paying for a service. A bus did arrive and collecting the keys was fairly straightforward. However, and this is my fault for not checking, I thought my car would be conveniently parked nearby ready for me to drive off. Not so, we found the car at the extreme far end of the large car park. No fun when you are dragging heavy luggage around. I won't use again. I'll go back to using T1 & T3 Mid Stay or the Meet & Greet.

Very good system. The only human contact was very helpful showing us what to do after we had arrived and parked. Retrieving keys a great system. Trying to find my way out with the exit signs appeared to send us round the car park a number of times. Might be my imagination though

Clear signage upon arrival, lots of safe space to park the car. Upon our return the bus was at the pick up point and left straight away. We collected our keys from a really efficient locker service and just drove off. It couldn't have been any easier.

I was parked in drop and go, i think this could be better sign posted, better directions given at booking and within the booking view. Also, it wasnt clear for the bus transfer so we walked to the airport and back to car park on arrival which could be dangerous crossing the roads especially for families with children.

The drop-off was very simple (Drop and Go at Manchester airport). Approached the barrier slowly, it recognised the registration, parked where we were directed and a very helpful man assisted with the key drop-off. Then it was down to the bus stop and a short wait for the bus, which took just a few minutes to get to departures. Returning was just as smooth (although we had a longer wait for the bus, but it was 5am, so...). Went to key retrieval, scanned my receipt and it showed on screen which number and where the keybox was, even lighting up the box - very efficient! Found the car immediately.
