so I booked a day less in error as the flight came in 00.30 not thinking it pushes me into the next day so each day the car park long cost me £8.80 but 24 hrs cost me £25.00 this is scandalous robbery !! Manchester airport park & GO totally robbing. Wouldn’t recommend nor use again their is no justification in charging that much !!

The parking was easy , we were guided by a very friendly member of staff to the drop off area who then guided us through the procedure of completing the details of our car on the screens. He then explained how the car would then be parked in the main car park and explained how we would pick up our keys. The pick up went just as he had explained and was very easy.

We had to cancel holiday due to positive covid test so we collected car a few hours after leaving it No refund!!!! We postponed holiday for 14 days but you would not even let us use the remaining 14 days which we had paid for You are making money from people's covid problems!!!! It was my wife who is a care assistant who proved negative after catching virus in her Nursing Home Not happy at all !!!!!!

Booked transfers through this app and the information given on what would happen was incorrect. When arriving at the airport there was no one waiting had to go to a main office and the lady behind behind desk was very rude we had to wait while she rung around to find someone to take us. When booking, it said when returning to airport to be at a certain pick up point with a time but when asking the driver is this the pick up point on return he said no and gave me a card and told me to phone the number when ready to be picked up. When the time came to phone for our transfer there was no answer tried a few times and finally got through, they refused to come pick us up said we had to pay even though I had already pre paid, so in the end we had to pay for a taxi back to the airport. Will not be pre booking and paying for transfers through this site again!

Used before, no problems previously however someone appears colour blind! Collected key marked that car was in row PURPLE 1. Searched all purple rows and rechecked. This is in a dark albeit part lit car park. Finally after an age and scouring the car park pressing the key fob spotted the flash of indicators and located car parked in row RED 1. A small but massive mess up!!!????

We changed our booking and despite all the paperwork having the correct dates, the ticket issued by the machine was incorrect. A member of staff had to go onto the office and generate another. When we returned, the card we were given told us to go to meet and greet reception. This was incorrect, we had to go to another terminal via a shuttle to the drop and go reception.

When we arrived at Drop & Go, Manchester Airport, it said that vehicle was not recognised at the barrier. Spoke to someone who let me in. At office, they had no record of my booking. They processed booking there and then. Stated that it wasn't the first time this has happened with Holiday Extras. Does not instil confidence.

We booked a car park through yourselves which was great . But we also purchased a vip airport lounge through Expedia at the same time which is also booked through yourselves via Expedia upon arrival at the airport we were informed that no booking had been made by Expedia or their partner agents and so were refused entry . On complaining to Expedia we were told they could not contact holiday extras so would not be giving us a refund . I feel we have been robbed and were sold something that did not exist ???? I feel very strongly about this as I am £110 out of pocket . If you book through these company's please be careful.
