The parking was super easy to find and the experience ran smoothly at a great price. Staff at drop off were on hand to explain the process which was simple enough and then we walked easily to Terminal 1.

Parked at drop and go car park in Manchester Airport. It is a well organised system and there were people to help. It’s very close to the airport and good value compared to other places. Only criticism was that we had to wait a while for the bus to get us back to the car park. We would still use again though.

Everything worked well but one area you could improve is the bus pick up at the car park. Customers are exposed to the elements when leaving & returning to the car park. A covered area at the exit would help

I booked drop and go thinking it was a rebrand of meet and greet , it is not !you have to park at terminal 1 no good when you are traveling from T2 , I won't be using this service again , however staff were helpful, process straight forward but parking at T1 is not what I wanted or expected

Facilities were all good staff on hand to help, I would of have a 10 but I have a blue badge and was told my car should be parked close to the key pick up point, this was not the case it was parked on row 5 and 5 cars in so not enough room to open the driver door to get in so my husband had to reverse my car for me to be able to get in. There were quite a few disabled spaces empty so couldn’t understand why my car wasn’t parked on one

Shuttle buses need to be continuous, waiting 15 minutes in the pitch black when it’s cold and sleeting is no fun. Also, T1 is too far from T2. Zones in car park on return did not seem to follow a logical pattern, ie purple zone 2 opposite 5, no sign postage for zone 4, just had to turn left and hope for the best. Bring back the old Meet and Greet at T2. It was excellent.

We have used yourselves many times but this time we were let down using Drop & Go. After 2 delayed flights, 1st from Miami so missed our connecting flight in Heathrow and then the re-booked one was late. We arrived in Manchester at Terminal 3 and then had to walk to Terminal 1 to collect the bus. At the key lockers we were told that we owed money for a late arrival. A man came after we used the phone at Reception and discovered there was a computer error saying our due date back was 13th February. Luckily I found the e-mail on my phone to prove otherwise. Not a happy return at all.

The drop and go facility was a smooth experience in both arrival and departure from Terminal 1. It was so close to the terminal we walked over in a very short time leaving us in control of the process. We waited for the shuttle bus on our return because we felt less confident of the whereabouts of the Drop and go but it was visible from the bus stop. Maybe a map or directions to the facility could be included with the parking information.
