On returning from our holidays our car unfortunately would not start - flat battery. At any of the other car parks we have used there has always been someone there with a power pack to jump start vehicles if necessary. This was not the case, there was no-one who could assist us. Fortunately we do not break down that often but it would be nice if someone could have assisted even for a small fee.

Shuttle Parks itself was fine except at first arrival where the printed direction did not make it easy to find for someone unfamiliar with the area. Possibly take advise from one of your bus drivers!

I was pleased to be able to park,lock and leave my car, and take the keys with me,knowing that it would not be moved,and kept secure in my absence was reassuring.The shuttle bus was very prompt,appearing right on cue as we left the terminal exit doors.Driver pleasant and helpful,will book again.thanks.
