Getting to the Studio Tour

Plan both legs of your journey: travel to the hotel at WD6 5PU, then to the Studio Tour at WD25 7LR for your booked entry time. Allow extra time for traffic, parking and the walk to the entrance. Your package does not include a transfer between the hotel and Studio Tour.

By car

The Warner Bros. Studio Tour is approximately 9.4 miles (15.1 kilometres) from the hotel, with a typical drive time of around 13–15 minutes, depending on traffic. The Studio Tour is accessible via the M25 and M1. Enter WD25 7LR into your sat nav and follow the brown Studio Tour signs as you approach Leavesden. Standard parking is free directly outside the Studio Tour. Have your booking confirmation ready for the car park team. Blue Badge bays are available near the entrance; bring and display your badge. Priority Parking is a paid extra that must be pre-booked online and cannot be bought on the day. Hotel parking is separate: overnight parking at DoubleTree is free for hotel guests.

By taxi

The journey is approximately 9.4 miles and usually takes around 13–15 minutes. Fares have been quoted at £30–£40, but confirm the current fare before travelling. Ask the hotel to help arrange a licensed taxi or book one in advance, including your return collection. The Studio Tour has designated drop-off and pick-up points.

By rail and free shuttle bus

The nearest station is Elstree & Borehamwood, around 2 miles from the hotel. Travel via London St Pancras International and London Euston to Watford Junction, then take the complimentary shuttle bus to the Studio Tour. The shuttle takes around 15 minutes and buses depart at least every 30 minutes. It does not stop at the hotel, so allow time to get to the station and make any train connections. Show a valid Studio Tour ticket or booking confirmation to use the shuttle, and check the current timetable for your return journey.
