The estate has a historic Georgian character, with modern guest rooms and dining spaces. Free on-site parking makes it a practical choice if you are travelling by car.
Rooms
A guest room at De Vere Beaumont Estate. Single rooms have one single bed and double rooms have one double bed. Family-of-three and family-of-four rooms have a double bed and sofa bed. The maximum child age in a Family Room is 12; families with older children can look for interconnecting rooms among the booking options. Confirm your exact room and bed layout before booking.
Rooms are en suite and include tea and coffee facilities, Freeview TV, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, iron and ironing board.

The 1705 Restaurant & Bar serves British dishes in the Mansion House. De Vere recommends reserving a table before you arrive or at check-in, as availability can be limited. Check the current menu and service hours when booking.
Beaumont Restaurant
The Beaumont Restaurant offers buffet-style breakfast and dinner with British and international choices. Supplied dinner hours are 5:30pm–9pm daily, with an earlier opening during school holidays, but arrangements may change. Advance dinner booking is strongly recommended: email Beaumont.Restaurant@devere.com.
Parking
At the estate: Complimentary on-site parking is available for hotel guests. Accessible spaces are close to the main entrance. The supplied hotel information also lists BP Pulse EV charging points; check live availability and charging costs with the operator or hotel.
At the Studio Tour: Standard parking directly outside Warner Bros. Studio Tour London is free. Bring your booking confirmation. Blue Badge bays are near the entrance, and paid Priority Parking must be pre-booked online.
Getting to the Studio Tour
Plan both legs of your break: the estate is at SL4 2JJ and the Studio Tour is at WD25 7LR. Leave enough time for traffic, parking and the entry slot on your ticket.
By car
The Studio Tour is approximately 24 miles from the estate. The supplied guide estimates around 26–30 minutes via the M25 in favourable traffic, but the route can take longer. Use WD25 7LR in your sat nav and follow the brown Studio Tour signs near Leavesden. Standard Studio Tour parking is free.
By taxi
The Studio Tour has a designated drop-off and pick-up area at WD25 7LR. Ask reception to help arrange a licensed taxi, or book one in advance. Confirm the fare and your return collection time; times and prices vary with traffic.
By rail and shuttle bus
Egham is the nearest station to the estate, around 3 miles away. Reaching Watford Junction by rail involves travel across London and changes, so check a live route planner for your visit date. From Watford Junction, the complimentary Studio Tour shuttle takes about 15 minutes and runs at least every 30 minutes. Show a valid Studio Tour ticket or booking confirmation to board. The shuttle does not stop at the estate.
