Staff were very helpful. The instructions about the coloured bays on return would be helpful but now we no a brilliant idea! If we couldn't find the receipt on return there was no Staff to help. Will definitely be back in May

It wasnt clear that the parking was actually at T1 and we had to get the bus. The first time we did this we parked at T2 and left the car there. I prefer Meet and Greet.

After about 4 cancellations of our vacation, Holidyextras made it effortless to change and rebook. The app is awesome so easy to use and navigate. I will be booking my next holiday in May, if Boris let’s us go. So yes download it, the information on hand is so useful from storing flights, trips, and other info for your holiday. I would suggest a page where you can store info on vaccine test results and other covid related forms etc. Also It would be good to edit the dates of your booking to include before and after hotel dates and not stick to flight numbers only. Good job Holiday Extras Martin

I am a blue badge holder. I put this on the details when we dropped off car and parked it in a disabled bay along with my badge on display. When we returned to collect cat it was parked in a standard bay, between to massive pick up type truck vehicles. Quite far away from key pick up. Very difficult to access car and get in car.

Used drop and go at Manchester airport, the instructions to get there were easy to follow and on arrival it couldn’t be simpler. On the way back we walked from the terminal easily and the collection was also no problem.

The car park was very easy to find and easy to find a space. The signage to clear and, after a little help from a friendly attendant at the computer screen, dropping off the key and printing off the receipt/ticket was easy. We walked across to the Terminal nearby. Arriving back at midnight, it was so simple and took just a few minutes to automatically retrieve the keys, find the car and drive off home. An efficient set up and good value for money - I’m certainly going to use Drop Off and Go again.

The parking was well organised but we had changed our return time so it was unclear who to contact. In the end we struggled through with your chat service which was painful. The agent tried her best and finally confirmed our car would be there after first suggesting we resolved it when we got to the parking! If we book these Drop and Go services again we will go direct, the discount isn’t worth the hassle changes involve. Given the sad prevalence for some time of Covid then we need to be able to change easily.

Needed to change booking. App didn't work, website didn't work, phone line answered with message saying not manned, email returned as not being read, chat waited three times for over one hour each to be rejected when near front of queue, started number 44 on one occasion. Very helpful once able to chat with someone.

A great experience and certainly will be booking again. Easy to find car park, you park your car, we were give instructions by a really helpful guy when we arrived. The car is then parked on your behalf. Due to the change in covid restrictions we needed to come home early. Again this was straightforward, I called, explained our situation, gave the revised date and time. Once we arrived back at the airport car park we scanned the ticket and the door opened to the locker where our key was stored. Excellent location to the airport, 5 minutes walk to the terminal. Would highly recommend.

A very good service with polite knowledgeable staff when we arrived, dropping car and keys off was easy, transfers were good quick and smooth, arriving back I would like to suggest maybe a couple of staff to be on duty after 22.00 hrs, some of customers were struggling with getting keys back and then finding their cars! Some support I feel would make customers at more ease! Overall I will use you again, really good service but just needs a few tweaks, well done and thank you, see you again soon ????

I think we just missed the bus back to pick up the car so we had quite a long wait ...15mins or so. Annoying and cant be helped but it would be useful to have a board at the bus stop which shows how long you have to wait.
