The Hilton Heathrow: A hotel that's very well connected

Pick the Hilton Heathrow T4 if you're after a convenient hotel near Heathrow Airport; it's connected to Terminal 4 via a covered walkway - just one of the many great features of this hotel. From the outside, the hotel seems grand and imposing; from the inside, it's chic, sophisticated and welcoming. We've got to say, it's definitely one of our favourite Heathrow airport hotels.

This multi-award winning Heathrow hotel is also well located if you're flying from Terminals 2, 3, and 5 - transfers are less than 15 minutes away. Paddington Station in Central London is 30 minutes away via Heathrow Express and Windsor Castle and LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort are within 12 miles from the hotel.

Service here is excellent and never skimps on the home comforts: all rooms have wifi, a selection of magazines, a flatscreen TV, luxury toiletries, a coffee maker, and an iron. Eating at the Hilton is an amazing experience. The hotel boasts an OXBO Café, OXBO Bar and OXBO Kitchen, each offering their own distinct menu full of comforting and generous dishes. You're well and truly spoiled for choice! So, with the Heathrow Hilton's unbeatable location next to departures, we really can't think of anything that this lavish four-star hotel lacks.

If you're planning on driving to the airport, opt for one of our Hilton Heathrow hotel and parking packages. Because the Hilton is connected to Terminal 4, you can forget about transfers and start enjoying your holiday the moment you step out of your car. If you're travelling via public transport, the hotel is just a six-minute walk from Terminal 4.

As well as being directly connected to T4, and linked to T5 with the hotel's own regular shuttle bus, the Hilton at Heathrow Terminal 4 offers some unique features. Wind down in the hotel's indoor swimming pool, which overlooks its landscaped back garden and beach terrace; enjoy a spa or beauty treatment in the treatment rooms; take advantage of the running and walking trails in the parklands around the hotel; or work up an appetite in its 24-hour state-of-the-art gym. Enjoy hand-mixed cocktails at the elegant Dancers' Bar, or just relax with a coffee. At the Hilton T4, there really is something to keep you entertained day or night.

Our customers rated Hilton on average 9/10 (415 reviews). Read Hilton reviews.

We recommend the Hilton Heathrow Terminal 4 for:

Facilities - With wifi access in every room and throughout the hotel, a choice of bars, restaurants and lounges, and state-of-the-art fitness facilities, you might just want to check in early to enjoy everything the Hilton has to offer.

Convenience - There's nowhere closer to Terminal 4, and it's easy to get to Terminal 5 too. If you have an early morning flight you'll love the location: walk out of the front door and straight into the airport.

A relaxing night - Although you can watch the planes take off and land from your bedroom window, you won't hear a thing - triple-glazed windows and soundproofed walls make sure of that!

  • Bright and modern 4* hotel
  • Fabulous bar with expert mixologists
  • Two tempting restaurants to choose from
  • Free wifi everywhere

The Hilton T4 is an absolute treat, particularly if you're a fan of good food and colourful cocktails. The OXBO Kitchen boasts a menu of delicious classics while the bar is staffed by expert mixologists. You'll want to stick around for breakfast too, where you'll fill up a plate or three with plenty of hearty food to keep you going. Then segue seamlessly to the airport along the covered walkway which connects the hotel directly to T4.

Getting to the airport

The good news if you're flying from T4 is that you can walk there in minutes on the covered walkway connected to the hotel.

You can reach all the other terminals from T4 on the Heathrow Express or the tube. It'll take around 20 minutes to reach T2 and T3 and you'll need to change there for T5 which is an extra 10 minutes away.

You'll need to tap your card if you're using the tube but you won't be charged as long as you only travel between the terminals. The same goes for the Heathrow Express, but you'll need to grab a free inter-terminal transfer ticket from one of the machines in the station.

You can get a taxi to the terminals if you prefer for around £20.

Check in from 3pm, check out by 12 noon.

Parking

If you need to park at the hotel overnight, it will cost £20. If you need airport parking for the whole of your holiday, search for airport hotels with parking.

The OXBO Kitchen has a nice open feel to it but with booths and smaller tables if you're looking for something a bit more intimate. There's loads of choice whether you're in a salad and pasta mood or you fancy a nice steak or some slow-cooked lamb.

There's a small selection of dishes suitable for vegetarians and vegans and if you have any concerns about your dietary requirements or intolerances just ask a member of the team.

OXBO Cafe – 7am to 6.30pm

The place for light bites and lunches with tasty sharing platters and flatbreads with different toppings to choose from. They serve cakes and pastries along with speciality tea and barista coffee as well.

Bar

OXBO Bar – 5pm to 1am

Big and stylish but also really comfy, OXBO offers a full menu of lagers, ales, fine wines and high-quality spirits. But if you opt for a cocktail you'll be in for a real treat as the expert mixologists behind the bar whip up a colourful, tasty drink with flair.

Breakfast

OXBO Kitchen – Continental 5am to 10.30am. Full English 6am to 10.30am

Breakfast is absolutely mouthwatering with so much to choose from you'll probably want to fill up your plate a few times. You've got your standard continental and full English options (with regular or extra-crispy bacon to choose from) alongside American-style classics like pancakes and waffles. Topped, of course, with a selection of butter, jams, fresh berries and maple syrup.

There's yoghurt, granola, cereal and freshly prepared fruit like pineapple and melon to add a bit of colour to your plate. Toast some delicious bread or crumpets and top with your favourite spread and treat yourself to some full-sized muffins and pastries.

Got kids? There's a section of the buffet just for them with hash brown bites, beans, cereals and more. There are separate halal and veggie sections too as well an egg station and a fridge full of non-dairy milk alternatives.

It's £16.95 just for continental, or £20.95 for everything.
