Glasgow to Faro

easyJet from Luton Airport easyJet, Scotland’s largest low-fares airline, offers a new route from Glasgow to Faro in Portugal. The airline's new service commences today.

The service initially operates on a twice weekly basis - leaving on a Tuesday and Saturday and then, as the season hots up, their will be three flights a week from 26 June to 28 August. The airline expects to carry 16,000 passengers on the route in the next 12 months.

Faro is the capital of the Algarve and the a gateway to the popular Portuguese family holiday destinations as well as for golfer's holidays.

“Another popular destination on the easyJet network has landed in Scotland. This direct route to Faro has already proven a popular choice and will offer all Scots the opportunity to experience the glorious Algarve from their local airport. Forward bookings for the route have been very strong which further proves the demand for direct low-cost flights from Glasgow to the Sun."
