• The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the accomodation was more than adequate for my over night stay prior to a long haul flight abroad. I was able to have a lovely meal, relax in the friendly atmosphere in the hotel and not worry about my car being left in the secure parking area. Brilliant!

• The only real problem we had was on the pick up from the airport on the return jeorney, we were unsure as to were we were being picked up from as the driver neglected (unlike last year) to inform us. Apart from that an excelent facility

• Location of the hotel is excellent, adjacent to the motorway and ashort taxi ride to the airport. Only thing i did not like was the lack of late check out facilities. We had a night flight and didn't arrive until 5am and we still had to be out for 12,otherwise the hotel fine.

• WE BOOKED THIS AS AN OPTION TO CAR PARKING WHILE WE WERE AWAY ON HOLIDAY. WE FOUND THE HOTEL VERY RELAXING AND FELT TOTALLY RELAXED BEFORE GOING AWAY IT TOOK AWAY ALL THE STRESS OF GETTING TO THE AIRPORT ON TIME. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO MY FRIENDS AND WILL DO IT AGAIN. THANKS

• A 1st. Class experience with a 1ST Class service. The Reception staff were very efficient and informative. I have stayed at many hotels throughout my working career and this one rates near the top. • I would like to say that the staff and the room we had at the hilton were really nice and helpfull. they only downside i would say was the meals I'm not into fancy a-la- cart menu's or complicated sandwiches so it would have been nice to be able to eat a normal meal.

• We found booking our parking and over-night accommodation with 'holiday extras' to be quick, easy and good value for money. The Etrop Grange provided comfortable accommodation prior to our journey, and even-though there was a delay by the hotel in returning our car they offered us accommodation and meals at no charge while they delt with the problem.J R Adams
