Your agent who handled the file - and left the next day he told me - was great! But hotel was not aware of our booking, disagreed with the price etc, and manager and staff had to contact your office by phone to sort it - very sad and hotel made up for it with upgrades etc, but the damage was done and should never have happened. Good that I had all on my PC!
