We weren’t given the option of a bus to drop us off/pick us up at the airport, advised to walk.

We arrived early hours of the morning in torrential rain. The staff member was miserable and unfriendly. Asked about shuttle bus that was included in the price to be told that we had to walk. Car was parked inside which we were really happy about. Had to walk from airport to pick car up on return. It’s not far but not good in bad weather with heavy cases and when travelling with kids.

Nobody at the office on return. Had to wait 25 minutes outside until midnight for someone to come out and gives us our keys. No sign of any security. Carpark was not fenced as promised.
