I was booked into Cardiff Wales airport parking. On arrival the carparks had moved since I was last there and it appeared that my car couldn't enter. I tried contacting holiday extras but could only do so via live chat. As time was ticking live chat asked me for security details (understandably) including my booking reference which I couldn't access while on live chat. I eventually received help from airport staff and everything went well thereafter. So, booking, amending and price with Holiday Extras was easy and a good experience but I feel the comunication process could be improved
