Rooms were appalling, damp bed sheets, unclean bathroom, draughty windows. No tea and coffee facilities. The only bonus was the parking.

Didn’t realise the hearing meant a little electric heater. But it did the job. Also the bathroom was soooo small. Couldn’t move in shower without shower curtain sticking to you. Least it had a kettle and microwave downstairs to use. For the price we paid with parking, you get what you paid for, the car was safe so that’s the main thing

We stayed overnight at the Holiday Inn T5 in Slough. The hotel itself was as you would expect for a Holiday Inn and the staff were friendly and polite. However, our room had significant health and safety issues in the bathroom which was tired and warn. The floor tiles were uneven and the grout was non-existent posing a considerable hazard and hygiene issue. We had also booked Blue Circle meet and greet parking at terminal 5 at Heathrow through Holiday Extras. The post code we were supplied on the front page of our booking documents was for Blue Circles head office at terminal 3 causing us to drive around the Heathrow site for an hour (extremely frustrating). Finally, when we found the correct place at terminal 5, Blue Circle did not have any details of our booking, causing further delays whilst the paper work was prepared manually by the Blue Circle employee. All in all, not a good experience.

The hotel facilities were as described, it was very good value for money. Close to the airport parking. Restaurant food was good, had a slight issue with the service (order was not put through system so had a long wait). However we were compensated with free drinks.

A little tricky to find the short stay carpark as required, but the hotel was fine. Comfortable, amazingly quiet, nice bed, clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The Meet and Greet was excellent. Would definitely use again.

Hotel at Heathrow, Hilton at T5 was good and parking very convenient. One bad comment to make. The hopper bus didn't turn up at the time we wanted to leave the hotel to go to T4. The next bus did arrive but 10 mins behind schedule. The driver told us that the earlier driver often missed out hotels on his run and that despite numerous complaints the management don't take any action. We were 40 mins late checking in as a result, which is stupid because the whole point of staying at the hotel was to 'guarantee' being on time.

The Crowne Plaza Hotel staff were superb and food and room very tidy. We were able to park car 20 yards from foyer entrance, but all parking was within yards. Taxi service and buses were very good and ontime. We would certainly go there again.

Hotel was easy to find, walking distance from the terminal. The food and drinks were fine, not too expensive. The room was what was needed and gave us a good night's sleep before a very long flight to the Far East the next day.

Booked a hotel and parking package, staying overnight at The Hilton terminal 4 at Heathrow. On booking I was asked if I would require an accessible parking space, ie blue badge. I ticked the box, completed the booking process and paid in full, £218:28p. My booking covered the dates 29/02/2020 to hours 13th March. On arrival at the hotel on the 29/02/2030 I was told I could not use the blue badge parking for the length of time of my booking, albeit no restrictions were shown when booking, it was really only an overnight option. So we slept, woke and left the hotel. On our return approximately on the 13th March I collected my car and drove to the exit barrier and inserted my ticket to be advised I was required to pay over £500 to exit! I pressed the help button and tried to attempt a conversation with someone when English was not their first language and I was not able to understand what information she required to prove my initial booking. After a few minutes of basically getting nowhere she apparently grew as frustrated as me and pressed the release button and I was able to drive out not having paid any extra. This is the second time this has happened to me, the first at Stansted Airport. Suffice to say I will not recommend booking with you to anyone and will not do so myself ever again.

Nice Hotel. Clean Rooms. Food in Hotel was nice, reservations recommended as it gets busy. Breakfast over rated a bit pricy. Better to eat at airport. Did not agree adding service charge on every thing. A bit cheeky.

The hotel was perfect and the parking was great, I will definitely use this hotel again. We did have a problem at check in as our reservation had not been confirmed with the hotel but luckily they did have spare rooms so it was not a problem in the end. I think this might have been because it was Christmas and the reservation centre at the hotel might have been closed by the time we made the booking but I would still double check with the hotel next time as it did add pressure to the check in at 10'o clock at night.

The hotel was fine but driving to the airport took me longer than I anticipated because of the volume of traffic in the morning. I appreciated the Meet and greet facility at the airport on my return journey. Next time I would pick a hotel that was closer to Heathrow.
