From Weds 2nd December lockdown ends and the UK goes back into regional tiers. Transport Minister Grant Shapps has confirmed that, regardless of tiers, you are permitted to travel to an airport to catch a flight (including to take a holiday). If you have a booking with us from 2nd December, therefore, if you are able to go ahead with your travel plans there is no need to cancel them because of the tiers announcement. Please remember that the UK government still advises against non-essential travel to some destinations, which advice is not affected by lockdown coming to an end, and we advise you to check that you have suitable insurance and are able to travel before setting off.

How to amend a booking
It is easy to amend a booking online using our hassle-free help and support system.
How to cancel a booking
All "Free Cancellation" and "Saver" bookings can be cancelled online and a voucher will be issued.
Vouchers will not be issued for "can't amend, can't cancel" or "Non-flexible" bookings with travel dates from 1st November 2020 and standard terms and conditions apply.Contact us by Live Chat if you are having problems cancelling a booking.

Our Hassle-Free cancellation terms make it really easy if your plans have to change.
You can cancel any Holiday Extras product marked "Free Cancellation", without charge, and receive a voucher for the full amount which can be used to pay for any future Holiday Extras Parking, Hotel, Lounge, Fast Track, Transfer or Car Hire booking, any time at all, within 3 years of issue.
You can also choose to exchange your voucher for a cash refund up to 14 days from the date of issue. Bookings cancelled 7 days or more after the original booking date will be refunded, less £10 which will be held as a non-refundable balance on your account, available to spend the next time you book. Visit the voucher manager page to cancel a voucher and request a refund.
