Latest country restrictions updates:
Thursday 17th September. The UK government has removed Slovenis and Guadeloupe from the travel list, and anyone returning from them after 4am on Saturday will need to self-isolate for 14 days.
September bookings: If you are no longer travelling because of these changes and you had a booking with us, we strongly recommend you cancel your booking now using our online tools.
October onwards: If you have a booking for later in the year, there's no need to do anything at the moment. If you have a flexible booking it can be cancelled for a voucher. Please see our advice on how to cancel your booking.

Review our flexible terms for new bookings
Our Hassle-Free cancellation terms make it really easy if your plans have to change.
With the exception of travel insurance, you can cancel any flexible Holiday Extras product, without charge, and receive a credit voucher for the full amount, valid for up to 3 years.
If you'd prefer cash, you can cancel and refund a voucher up to 14 days after cancelling the booking, minus a £10 processing fee. Visit the voucher manager page to cancel a voucher and request a refund.

We are currently in discussions with all of our suppliers to advise and support them on providing a hygienic and safe travel environment for you. With our 37 years of experience, we are leading the charge on making sure that all products and services are adapted correctly to travelling safely. Each product is being updated with "Covid Secure" information as we get it.

How to cancel a booking
Travel dates up to end-September 2020: Most bookings for travel dates up to end-September 2020, even many of those that are marked "can't amend, can't cancel", can be easily cancelled online using our hassle-free help and support system.
If you are not planning to travel in September and have a live booking, we advise you to cancel as soon as possible, to ensure that we can notify the supplier and provide you with a voucher.
For all flexible bookings and many "can't amend, can't cancel" bookings (where the supplier has agreed to waive these terms) a voucher worth 100% of the value of the cancelled booking is issued immediately to the email address on the booking. You'll be able to view your voucher at the voucher manager page
Travel dates October 2020 onwards: All flexible bookings with a travel date later than September can be cancelled online and a voucher will be issued.
Vouchers will not currently be issued for "can't amend, can't cancel" bookings with travel dates from 1st October 2020. If your "can't amend, can't cancel" booking is for October 2020 or beyond, please take no action at this time.
