Latest country restrictions updates:
Friday 7th August. The UK government now advises against all non-essential travel to Belgium, Andorra and the Bahamas. The government continues to advise against non-essential travel to Spain (including the Canary and Balearic islands) and Luxembourg, and has reimposed the 14-day quarantine for travellers returning from Belgium (from Thursday night in Wales, from Saturday rest of the UK), Andorra, the Bahamas, Luxembourg or Spain. Travellers already in these countries are not advised to cut short their trips, but some package holiday providers are asking their customers to take earlier flights home.
August bookings: If you are no longer travelling because of these changes and you had a booking with us, we strongly recommend you cancel your booking now using our online tools.
September onwards: If you have a booking for later in the year, there's no need to do anything at the moment.

Review our flexible terms for new bookings
Our Hassle-Free cancellation terms make it really easy if your plans have to change.
With the exception of travel insurance, you can cancel any flexible Holiday Extras product, without charge, and receive a credit voucher for the full amount, valid for up to 3 years.
If you'd prefer cash, you can cancel and refund a voucher up to two weeks after cancelling the booking, minus a £10 processing fee. Let us know by completing this form

With our 37 years of experience, we are leading the charge on making sure that all products and services are adapted correctly to travelling safely. Each product is being updated with "Covid Secure" information as we get it.

How to cancel a booking
Travel dates up to end-August 2020: Most bookings for travel dates up to end-August 2020, even those that are marked "can't amend, can't cancel", can be easily cancelled online using our hassle-free help and support system.
We've sent a reminder email to all customers with a booking in August to ask if you still plan to travel. If you are not planning to travel in August, we advise you to cancel your booking as soon as possible to ensure that we can notify the supplier and provide you with a credit voucher.
For all flexible bookings and many "can't amend, can't cancel" bookings (where the supplier has agreed to waive these terms) a voucher worth 100% of the value of the cancelled booking is issued immediately to the email address on the booking. You'll be able to view your voucher at the voucher manager page
Travel dates September 2020 onwards: All flexible bookings with a travel date later than August can be cancelled online and a voucher will be issued.
Vouchers will not currently be issued for "can't amend, can't cancel" bookings with travel dates from 1st September 2020. If your "can't amend, can't cancel" booking is for September 2020 or beyond, please take no action at this time. How to cancel and refund a voucher
Some customers have told us that they would prefer a cash refund instead of a voucher. As a gesture of goodwill, we have now contacted all customers that requested a cash alternative to vouchers from flexible (and most non-flexible) bookings, with the option to take a refund in cash. We are working through these refund requests as a top priority.
If you would like to cancel and refund a voucher and haven't yet done so, please let us know by completing this form, within 14 days of the voucher being issued. After 14 days we will be unable to issue a cash refund but your voucher will be valid to use against a future booking up to its expiry date.
