All of the UK is still in lockdown. Leaving home, and therefore holidays, are prohibited, though some exceptions exist for essential travel. The government will publish a review of international travel rules on 12th April, and overseas holidays could resume as early as 17th May. For more details please visit our travel news page.

The route out of lockdown
The UK is in lockdown, which means non-essential travel is prohibited.
The government announced the path out of lockdown on 22nd February, and will publish a plan for reopening overseas holidays on 12th April. All being well, UK holidays will resume from 12th April and overseas holidays could resume as early as 17th May. For more information see travel news page.

How to amend a booking
It is easy to amend a booking online using our hassle-free help and support system.
How to cancel a booking
All "Free Cancellation" and "Saver" bookings can be cancelled online and a voucher will be issued.
You can cancel a booking here.
Vouchers will not be issued for "can't amend, can't cancel" or "Non-flexible" bookings with travel dates from 1st November 2020 and standard terms and conditions apply.Contact us by Live Chat if you are having problems cancelling a booking.

Review our flexible terms for new bookings
Our Hassle-Free cancellation terms make it really easy if your plans have to change.
You can cancel any Holiday Extras product marked "Free Cancellation", without charge, and receive a voucher for the full amount which can be used to pay for any future Holiday Extras Parking, Hotel, Lounge, Fast Track, Transfer or Car Hire booking, any time at all, within 3 years of issue.
You can also choose to exchange your voucher for a cash refund up to 14 days from the date of issue. Bookings cancelled 7 days or more after the original booking date will be refunded, less £10 which will be held as a non-refundable balance on your account, available to spend the next time you book. Visit the voucher manager page to cancel a voucher and request a refund.
