Amend dates and times

Visit your Trips and bookings page, choose the booking you want to change and look for 'Make a change to my booking'.

The options you have depend on the type of booking you have, so if you're having problems on the website, check your booking terms before you get in touch.

Free cancellation bookings

Tap 'Change dates & times' from the list and follow the prompts.

You can change your booking until midnight on the day before it's due to start. There's no charge to change your booking, but you might need to pay extra if there's a difference in price.

Saver bookings

You can't change dates and times, but you can cancel your existing booking (by midnight on the day before it's due to start) and make a new one. Tap 'Cancel' and follow the steps – you'll receive a voucher you can use to book the same product for your new dates and times.

Make sure you're logged in to your account when you book again so your voucher appears.
