There are no clear signs at the airport to find the Meet and Greet! It was not made clear that I should have called by phone first. No confirmation or invoice has arrived in my email account. There were not enough people to serve people when collecting my car in the rain. An utter shambles!

I can only say I wish all services I purchased was as excellent as this! Professional, courteous, timely, just perfect especially as we left Bristol at 21:55 & arrived back at 01:25 and then has a half hour delay at passport control. Have used several times and will always use. Highly recommended for your car to be safe as well.

I have used meet and greed before and have found the staff very helpful,the only complaint i have is that the parking for meet and greet should be a improved a larger parking area.

dropped car off with no problems early afternoon and collected at about 4 AM and still no problems; took a lot of worry off my shoulders as am disabled and this is by far the best option. Thanks to all concerned in the easy take over/ return of car

I didn't know where to meet the car park assistant. I couldn't check my car for any damage as it was dark when I arrived back in the UK. The staff were great though and I loved the fact that I could walk to the terminal in seconds.

Excellent service for meet and greet. First time we have used this service but would really recommend. The only comment is that the person who meets and greets you, we think should be in a uniform that the customer can recognise. We had to ask several people whilst we were waiting who we thought might be the correct person as we did not know what the meet and greet staff looked like.

Our new car which my husband had cleaned the day before we left, came back really muddy, it looked like someone had gone off road with it, even inside, phoned to complain manager didn't even get back to us, very disappointed it was the first time we had used you

Yes everything went smoothly. The Drivers were pleasant and friendly. The instructions/directions were as you described them. I will definitely use the Meet and Greet facility in the future when we're flying out from Bristol.

Parking was too far from terminal for disabled partner in return vehicle had flat battery ( vehicle is nearly new) and wouldn't unlock had to be jump started and was damaged

Service generally good but it took a long time to get out of the car park. Staff should have noticed there was a problem and intervened much sooner. The time taken to exit the car park cancelled out the time saved by valet parking
