Holidays to Dubai for fashion lovers
Theres now another reason to consider a holiday to Dubai as plans are released to create the first fashion island as part of the new The World development.
The new fashion island off the coast of Dubai will be called Isla Moda and will include a fashion resort, a luxury hotel, residential villas and hospitality facilities. The new luxury Hotel Moda will have around 250 rooms and serviced apartments, as well as fashion boutiques for those who love shopping holidays.
And for those looking to buy in Dubai there will be luxury residential villas with breathtaking sea views, private beaches and swimming pools. Home buyers will be offered a choice of furnishings from leading designers to create their own high couture homes.
Dubai is witnessing a boom in the property, tourism and retail sectors, and Isla Moda fits in ideally with this development. This first-of-a-kind project will cement Dubais position as one of the top fashion and lifestyle destinations in the world, on The World, says Samira Abdulrazzak, ceo of the developer of Isla Moda, Dubai Infinity Holdings.
Luxury holiday lovers will be attracted to Isla Moda by a range of services including a personal concierge. A style concierge will be on hand to offer advice on fashion and perfumes, while a design concierge will help create unique living environments including bespoke furnishings, art and multimedia technology.
Isla Moda on The World will be the ultimate all-encompassing fashion experience, providing bespoke shopping, living, dining and entertaining, says Ms Abdulrazzak.
To draw in holidaymakers to Dubai as well as people looking for property in Dubai, Isla Moda plans to hold exclusive international events, including fashion shows and limited edition product launches attended by leading fashion designers.
All business class airline Silverjet recently launched daily flights from London Luton airport to Dubai. With new developments in Dubai including Palm Island and a new golf course designed by Ernie Els at Dubai Sports City, the number of people taking holidays in Dubai is expected to increase dramatically this year.
