Silverjet opens new route to Dubai
Silverjet has announced that it will open a route from London to Dubai in November this year.
The airline claims that the service will use private terminals, offer a check in time of 30 minutes and provide 100 flat beds.
Silverjet is reportedly the first business class airline to launch a non-transatlantic service and offer private terminals at both ends of the journey.
Lawrence Hunt, CEO of the carrier, said: "We are delighted to be launching this business-class-only flight to Dubai, giving our customers the opportunity to fly in complete style."
Flights will arrive in Dubai's private executive terminal, which Silverjet claims is used by dignitaries, politicians and royalty from around the world.
Between December 20th and February 2nd this year the emirate will hold a shopping festival with products from the likes of Gucci and Valentino on sale.
