Seychelles holiday prompts marriage talk

A secret beach holiday in the Seychelles has reignited rumours that Prince William and Kate Middleton are planning on getting married.

People magazine reports that the couple opted for a secluded beach holiday on the remote island of Desroches.

A source from the island's only hotel told the magazine that Prince William and Kate Middleton spent the early days of their vacation snorkelling and diving in the clear blue sea.

Despite splitting up in April, the pair have apparently met secretly a number of times in the past months and this holiday together is sure to fuel speculation that the couple could soon wed.

Desroches is a tiny island in the Seychelles. It is just 6.2km long but boasts over 15km of beautiful sand beaches.

The only hotel on the island, the Desroches Island Resort, has just 20 spacious suites with luxury touches like special outdoor showers and stunning sea views.
